Oglio Park cycle path

Corte Airone is right on the road of the Parco dell'Oglio cycle path. A splendid route immersed in nature and tranquillity, winds for several kilometers along the banks and floodplains of the Oglio, a peaceful river full of vegetation.
It starts from the park's visitor center, where there are picnic areas, educational spaces and an info point to receive guides and advice. From here the cycle path follows the course of the river between cultivated fields, reed thickets and woods of willows and poplars. You cross the banks of the Oglio, pedal on the plain among the rice fields and admire splendid rural villages immersed in the quiet. The vegetation is luxuriant, with spectacular spring blooms and a varied fauna that populates the shores: herons, mallards, kingfishers, night herons and gray herons.
At the end of the cycle path, after about fifteen kilometres, you arrive at the river water park, with natural pools, play areas and refreshment points. A perfect place to relax after a refreshing ride immersed in the pristine nature of the river park.

Marcaria Torbiere Nature Reserve - 18 Km from Corte Airone
